The Sky Yard located in the Drake Hotel was voted as one of the best rooftop bars in the world and it’s no wonder why. The walls are adorned with seasonally changing artwork, there are 360-degree panoramic views to enjoy, and of course, plenty of sunshine to soak up in the summer months.

And if that patio is at capacity, check out one of the five other patios located in the Drake Hotel. You may want to check out the Drake Mini Bar located in a not-so-secret garden or the Drake One Fifty — a covered street side patio restaurant where you can enjoy elevated cocktails and ample amounts of people watching.

2. Allen’s

Allen’s is an Irish Pub taken to the next level. The food is local, the beer and wine list is extensive, and the restaurant patio is always touted as one of the best in Toronto. The backyard deck is nothing short of magical, with twinkling lights and beautiful willow trees surrounding you everywhere you sit.

There’s also an outdoor grill and summer menu featuring local and seasonal fare exclusively for those warmer months. If enjoying whiskey under the shade of an overgrown willow tree sounds like your kind of night, then Allen’s may be just the place for you.
